Dr. Tom Charapata

Dr. Tom grew up in Cudahy, Wisconsin and graduated from Cudahy High School in 1976. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 1980 before earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1984. Dr. Tom immediately went into practice with his brother, Frank, who passed away in 1998.
Dr. Tom is a member of the Wisconsin Dental Association (WDA), American Dental Association (ADA), Trinity Study Club and the Milwaukee chapter of the Seattle Study Club - all cutting edge continuing education programs for dental professionals.
Dr. Tom and his wife, Chris have three children and live in Franklin. Dr. Tom stays active by playing racquetball in several weekly leagues, golfing, hunting and fishing. He was active in high school and college swimming and he coached age-group swim for over 12 years. He enjoys helping out at his church festival and monthly fish frys.
